Your facilitators:
Geshe Chamba who is a Buddhist monk and (Lharampa) holds the highest Geshe degree of scholarship granted within the traditional Tibetan monastic system at the Gelug school. He is always sharing both his profound wisdom and his joyful smile. Our Dharamshala retreat includes mindfulness sessions every morning and evening with Geshe Chamba and he will also provide a brief lesson on 8 verses of mind training.
Tenzin is the local host, guide, and escort for the entire tour, and he will be accompanying us. If you require help or support, he will be there with us. Tenzin has been the driving force behind the success of Soulful Tours and has over 15 years of experience working in the travel and hospitality industries.
Tibetan Traditional doctor:All participants will have the opportunity to visit a Amchi (Tibetan doctor) at the Men-Tsee-Khang Clinic and Astro Institute, during the doctor's appointment, based on a pulse reading, the doctor will prescribe herbal Tibetan remedies and provide personalized nutrition and lifestyle advice
Tibetan Traditional Astrologer: You have a Face-to-face astrological oral consultations also. Besides the “General Readings”, the clients will also be given the freedom to ask questions of their choices and note down important points mentioned in the ‘astrological reading session’ for future reference. In order to get appointments, the guest have to send us the details of their birth time, date, and place at the astrological department at least 20 days in advance.
Tibetan Traditional massage therapy: You have an opportunity to experience one hour of Tibetan massage therapy. Kunye is the ancient form of massage therapy taught in Traditional Tibetan Medicine. It is an effective, dynamic healing art very effective for alleviating the pathologies of the nervous system and mental disturbances. The effect is one of a deep relaxation allowing the system to restore and rebalance in order to maintain a good health and a state of well-being.
Spiritual and Culture experience:
Chod ritual prayer with Tibetan Nun: Chod ritual is an esoteric tantric practice aiming at cutting your ego or attachment to your body by mental visualizing the offering of your body to all sentient being especially to the restless hungry creatures of the spirit world. Highly realized tantric practioners perform this ritual.
Green Tara Prayer with Tibetan Nun: This prayer is done to remove any obstacles in your life, be it spiritual or mundane. Participation in these rituals may benefit you from clearing the obstacles that deters you from achieving success.
The Kora circumambulation or walking meditation: (Stupa, Mani wall, Prayer wheel) is an age-old religious tradition followed by the Tibetan. Circumambulation is done to cleanse the bodily defilement. It is also to pay your reverence to the sacred place.
Norbulingka Tibetan culture institute Dedicated to preserving Tibetan culture and promoting it to the world, we will explore the Thangka painting, woodcarving, and costume-making departments.
Gyuto Monastery: The great tantric institute called Gyuto Tantric Monastery(GyutoDratsang) was established for the preservation and promotion of the tradition of tantric teachings of the great TeacherTsongkhapa.
Tibetan Nunnery and Institute: This newly establish Nunnery is inaugurated by the Dalai Lama on December 8, 2005, is a non-sectarian institute funded by the Tibetan Nuns Project, offering advancedBuddhist education to nuns from all Tibetan traditions. In this nunnery we have a opportunity to experience The chod ritual prayer and Green Tara prager with nun.
We have a limited number of 10-14 participants and our reservations are based on first come, first served.

Day 1 : Arrive in Delhi
Arrival at Indra Gandi International Airport and our representative will escort to hotel and check into respective hotel.
DAY 2 : DHARAMSHALA TO DELHI
- Early Breakfast
- Drive to airport and fly to Dharamshala, after arrival at Gaggle airport drive to Dharamsala and check into hotel.
- You must relax half day in order to adjust to the new environment.

DAY 3 : DHARAMSHALA

- Walking a morning Kora: Walking the kora around the Dalai Lama temple is a
peaceful spiritual practice that symbolizes devotion, brings inner calm, and connects you to Tibetan Buddhist traditions. - Breakfast

DAY 6 : DHARAMSHALA - PILGRIMAGE AND CULTURE TOUR

- After breakfast, we’ll visit the Gyuto Monastery, a secluded and peaceful haven specializing in the study of Tantric meditation, Tantric ritual arts and Buddhist philosophy.
- Norbulingka Tibetan culture centre
- After lunch we will be exploring around the His Holiness the Dalai Lama's Temple (Tsuglag Khang) and by walking circumambulating (Kora) around the stupa and Mani wall around the Dalai Lama temple

DAY 7 :DHARAMSHALA- TOUR OF TIBETAN REFUGEE SCHOOL - TIBETAN ASTROLOGY
- Morning begins with a cup of cleansing Tibetan medicinal herbal tea.
- 7:00 – 8:00 morning prayer silent meditation in meditation hall
- 8:00 – 9:00 breakfast
- After breakfast, we’ll visit Tibetan Children's Villages or TCV is an integrated community in exile for the care and education of orphans, destitutes and refugee children from Tibet.
- If you're interested in having a 45-minute face-to-face astrological oral consultation this afternoon, you need to pay for it. In order to schedule an appointment, please send us your birth date, place, and year one month prior to the appointment. But it is an optional choice.

DAY 8 : DHARAMSHALA- SHOPPING- CHOD PRAYER- GREEN TARA PRAYER SESSION WITH NUNNERY
- Morning begins with a cup of cleansing Tibetan medicinal herbal tea.
- 7:00 – 8:00 morning prayer silent meditation in meditation hall
- 8:00 – 9:00 breakfast
- After breakfast you are free for last day shopping in Dharamsala
- After lunch we will stroll around the lovely Nunnery to Participate in a Healing Chöd Ceremony with nunnery: a tantric ritual to cut cords, dissolve ego and offer self to benefit all sentient beings. Surrender to the high elevation surroundings for breakthroughs and healing like you’ve never experienced before and participate in the Green Tara Puja a prayer practiced to clear oneself of all obstructions in life.

Day 9 : DHARAMSALA - DELHI FLIGHT
- Proceed to the airport in Dharamshala after breakfast, then take a flight to Delhi. Once there, check into a hotel.
- The final dinner shared with all participants at the Delhi hotel
- Late night/ early morning transfer to airport and fly to back to home.
